Rev Ralph Mann

Ralph Mann was born in Hampstead, London in 1927. In 1964 he got a job at Kingham Hill school teaching history. It was there that Ralph became interested in the history of Kingham, publishing several articles. In 1967 he became a founder member of the Chipping Norton Local History Society and in 1973, accepted the post of Head of History at Chipping Norton Comprehensive School.
Ralph was a well known and loved figure around the town of Chipping Norton and nearby villages and those who heard his fascinating and very amusing talks,
